Opened third factory in kimhae city in order to increase productions line
- Acquired the brazing patent for Cylinder Block (Barrel) in the Swash Plate type and Bent Axial type Pumps and Motors from Korea.
- Apply for trademark registration in the US, India, Brazil, Russia and Egypt.

Opened second factory in Kimhae city in order to increase productions line
- Appointed the "Clean company" by the environment administration office.
- Acquired the certificate of ISO 14000, ISO9001 system by BSI "British standards institution".
- Acquired the patent for Bent Axis type Hydraulic Pumps and Motors of HSTM. System from Korea, China, USA, Japan, etc.
- In countries such as Korea, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, HD (handok hydraulic) Trademark Registration.
- Production of the complete units (assembly) not only bent axis type axial piston Pumps but also Swash Plate axis type axial piston Pumps.

Moved factory to Kimhae city
- Beginning to brass brazing process on the surface. - Cylinder block & Valve plate
- Opened a researching department by KIMM "Korea Institute of Machinery and Materials" for Swash Plate type Axis piston Pumps & Motors and Bent Axis type piston Pumps & Motors for hydraulic components.
- Beginning to test Hydraulic pump&motor assembly by test machine.

- Started not only repairing but also producing in component parts of Hydraulic Pump and Motor.
